MINIMUM FEE FOR ANY SERVICE IS $250

10% MILITARY DISCOUNT

50% OF FEE IS DUE PRIOR TO WORK BEGINNING.

BALANCE IS DUE WHEN DRAFT IS PROVIDED. FINAL COPY AND E-FILING WILL NOT BE PROVIDED UNTIL BALANCE IS PAID.

 

Hourly Services

 

Junior Certified Public Accountant (CPA) $250 per hour
Consultation $250 per hour
$250 for up to 1 hour of time with CPA
 

Senior Certified Public Accountant (CPA) $400 per hour
Consultation $400 per hour
$400 for up to 1 hour of time with CPA
 

IRS Resolution & Audit Support $250 per hour
Federal or State Correspondence $250 per hour
This fee does not apply to current clients for tax years we were engaged for.

Personal Federal Income Tax Preparation 
Minimum Fee is $400 + $100 per schedule
1040 return and related statements, including cost of e-filing or mailing (does not include audit support)

Personal Federal Income Tax Preparation with Schedule C or E (Business or Rental) Minimum Fee is $500
1040 return and related statements, including cost of e-filing or mailing (does not include audit support)


Personal Federal AMENDED Income Tax Preparation 
Minimum fee is $600 + $100 per schedule
Amended 1040 return and related statements, including cost of mailing (does not include audit support)

Personal State Income Tax Preparation Minimum fee $250 + $100 per schedule
Return and all related forms, including cost of e-filing or mailing (does not include audit support)


Business Federal Income Tax Preparation Depends on the total annual sales of the company.  See below:

Under 100,000: $950.00

100,000-1,000,000: $1,250

1,000,000-5,000,000: $2,750

5,000,000-20,000,000: $4,750

20,000,000-100,000,000: $15,000

More than 100,000,000: varies

Tax Exempt Federal Return Preparation 
Minimum Fee $1,250

Sales Tax Return Preparation $275 per filing

Annual Federal 1099 Filing Preparation $275
Filings for Up to 5 Contractors – ($5 each additional contractor) (does not include audit support)


**NOTE these fees do not including bookkeeping services. There are additional fees for maintaining clients QuickBooks, importing bank transaction, preparing bank reconciliations, going through bank statements, sorting numerous documents and receipts in order to prepare the financial statements (Income Statement & Balance Sheet). This is required to prepare complete and accurate tax returns for businesses. This additional fee will be stated separately.  This is where we can work with you to minimize fees and give you options to make this easier and more affordable for you.  We provide tax basis bookkeeping services in house, if needed we will refer to a qualified bookkeeper.
